- SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship exclusively within the United States. Our service area includes all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses where carrier service is available. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- SHIPPING CARRIERS
To ensure efficient delivery, we partner with major U.S. carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The specific carrier for your order is selected based on your location and the size of the package to ensure the most reliable transit.
- ORDER HANDLING TIME
All orders require a handling period before they are dispatched from our facility. Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). During this time, we conduct quality checks, package your items securely, and prepare the necessary shipping documentation.
- TRANSIT TIME AND TOTAL DELIVERY ESTIMATE
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the transit time is typically 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday).

Please note that delivery to remote areas, Alaska, or Hawaii may occasionally require additional transit time.
- SHIPPING COSTS
We provide a simple and transparent flat-rate shipping structure for all customers.
- Standard Shipping Fee: $6.99 Flat Rate for all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees, no restocking fees, and no surcharges based on the weight or dimensions of your package. The $6.99 flat rate covers all eligible carrier services.
- ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES
Orders are processed during our standard business hours.
- Daily Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday, or during the weekend, will begin the handling process on the following Monday.
- SHIPMENT TRACKING
Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
- ADDRESS ACCURACY AND DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment or suite numbers. Drsawdust is not responsible for packages that are lost or misdelivered due to incorrect information provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
- DELIVERY ISSUES AND DISPUTES
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@drsawdust.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, your building management, or your local post office. If the package remains missing after 24 hours, contact the carrier to file an inquiry. Drsawdust is not liable for stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
- MULTIPLE ITEM SHIPMENTS
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may ship in separate packages. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment at no extra cost.
- HOLIDAY AND EXTERNAL DELAYS
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, transit times may be extended during peak holiday seasons or due to extreme weather conditions and carrier service disruptions. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
