4. OUR REVIEW AND ACTION PROCEDURE

Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice:

• We will acknowledge receipt of the claim within 1–2 business days.
• Our internal legal and compliance team will review the evidence provided within 3–5 business days.
• If the claim is verified, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material within 7 business days.
• We will promptly notify the individual or party responsible for the content regarding the removal.

5. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCESS

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. This request must be sent to support@drsawdust.com and must contain:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Kentucky, if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.

6. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

Drsawdust maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding repeat offenders. Any user, vendor, or contributor who consistently violates intellectual property rights will have their access to our platform permanently terminated and their listings removed without further warning.

7. ABUSE OF DMCA PROCESS

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. We take fraudulent or bad-faith claims seriously to protect our community and legitimate creators.

All content displayed on drsawdust.com, including logos and designs, is the property of Drsawdust or its licensed partners. Unauthorized use of our proprietary assets is strictly prohibited.
