Transit Time: Once dispatched, shipping takes 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday).

Carriers: We utilize USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Customers may request to cancel or change an order only before the order has entered the fulfillment process. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. In such cases, the customer must follow our standard return procedure after the package arrives.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Shipping: We provide free return shipping labels for all returns, including change of mind, incorrect sizing, or defective items. There are no restocking fees.
Refund Processing: Once your return is inspected (within 1–2 days of receipt), we will process your refund to the original payment method. The total estimated time for funds to appear is 5 business days.
